BEST 30 MIN OF MY LIFE! My pilot, Jay, was not only extremely knowledgeable about the area and the culture, but helpful in planning the rest of my trip and encouraging of interest in learning to fly. Not only will I be back but I will bring all of my friends and family. He made my first day of my first vacation from Alaska @ 36 yrs old, the best start I could ask for, and was very gracious when I had to come back a week later to tip him.
Had an awesome time w my buddy Joe. Stefan couldn’t have been a nicer guy. And, the tour is more than what you expect (especially for photography) There was no Fear of heights or anything like that. It was awesome!
Barry did an awesome job making us feel safe and comfortable the entire flight. My husband did the flight lesson with him today and was very pleased by the way Barry explained ins and outs of flying. We are both ready to come back and fly again with Helicopters Northwest and would recommend anyone interested in checking them out!
