Trust me I’m going to make some very intense calls in the morning, first to the head administrator of the hospital and then to the Missouri department of health someone needs to be held responsible for the horrible care my husband received here. Recommendedall the staff and of the nurses and doctors are so kind and helpful. I stayed there for a month and on my birthday and on my birthday all the nurses came in my room and sing happy birthday and bought me a birthday gift and they didn't have to do that and that made my day

Absolutely terrible hospital. My dad had his knee replaced there over a year ago. His care was so far below sub-par we had to involve the Director of Nursing. He was supposed to have a pain pump after surgery. The floor nurses argued with us until we had to call his surgeon because they were too lazy to do it. He had 0 pain meds for almost 5 hours after a knee replacement. It took 2 days to get him ahead of the pain. His drain became clogged in the night and, instead of getting a new one, the nurses pulled pens etc from thei... read more
