Doctors are always leaving so they change all the time. Can't get meds refilled in a timely manner. Go way to long without meds to help regulate my blood pressure. And they honestly dont care. Worst place in Saint Joseph
Note that upper management gives these providers too many patients. I have loved every provider I’ve had at Northwest unfortunately they always seem to be in a rush because of how many patients are scheduled. Upper management should allow the Dr’s more time with each patient.
Dr. Lessor is fantastic. The ladies at the desk are super helpful as well.
