Update: Rachel Lessor has been much better than previous docs we experienced there, she actually listens and competently writes scripts, so I'll give credit to her and also to the desk ladies who also seem to be improving over previous experiences....I'll change to 3 stars. Definitely avoid this place if you can. As someone with years of experience, let me tell ya what to expect here. They are often rude and consistently incompetent...the doctors as well as the nurses, desk, and pharmacy staff. There are a few good ones but ... read more

I think that Northwest health services is wonderful! Thank you Rachel for all you do! and Tina Cook as well id probably be lost wo her help. She is a very awesome Lady!!
Rachel has done a lot for me. She gotten me of some medications that were damaging my kidneys and my liver. I love her, because she listens to you. I will never go to anyone else. Rachel is the BEST!
