Brought wife to e r. Sunday night with complications from covid and dehydration. Got a room 11 hrs later and they started antibiotics and iv for hydration. She had horrible right arm pain. Dr. On duty told nurse he was advised. He never saw her and never gave her anything but Tylenol. Which she was getting anyway for fever. For 2 days doctor would not address my concerns. The doctor was very nice but the nurse named samah was the rudest and had no bed side manor at all. I went in and had breathing problems. He put a blood pressure cuff on me on top of my iv and I told him won’t that hurt he said it will be fine. Then as I tell samah it’s hurting and start to yell he says you will be fine it’s almost over and ignores me. Then rips it off and walks out not even telling me if it’s good or not. The hospital overall is good. The emergency room physician, specifically Dr. Kyle Yeager is RUDE and not very helpful to someone seeking actual HELP with an ongoing problem. I reached my wit's end after a long illness and he was not at all helpful or sympathetic or even remotely kind. I will never be treated by him in an emergency again.
