I had a very nice experience during my last visit to Northwest General Dentistry. The ladies in the front office are great! Gloria is always very nice and makes me feel extremely comfortable and is very attentive to the needs of her patients. I really appreciate Dr. Otten and his great "bed-side" manner. He's always extremely concerned about his patients comfort and is ready to do all that he can to make sure that their experience is a very good one. I also like his sense of humor!!!Kudos to all!!!!
Great team of professionals from the appointment setting and follow up to remind you to the ladies that clean,X-RAY , and assist the dentist. The Dentist are also very considerate and professional and keep you informed of what they are doing or plan too do to keep your teeth and mouth healthy !Overall great place!!!
Good experience as always. There is a reason I use this dentist. Everyone there is professional, and good at their jobs. My 6 year old daughter does not even mind going to the dentist, and that is saying something.
Their amazing care & concern is... through the roof! That is why I don't mind driving almost 15 miles to get there. Dr. Otter and his entire staff are 1st class!
