Great service and very well mannered staff
NW General Dentistry was able to have me in for a tooth that I'd chipped. Again, the staff here provided a very friendly and positive environment. Thanks for the help.
This office is incredible. They greet you by name, they complement and show genuine concern about you and your day. The technicians are amazing and willing to answer any questions you have. Dr. Otten is incredible. I really appreicate that he makes the effort to make it as painless as possible. No one judges me there...which for me is amazing. I don't like to be scolded for not flossing every day. They make me feel like a human and I love it there!
I wouldn't go anywhere else! We are very happy not only with our dentist but the staff as well! Love you all! My grandson said when We left, " They make it fun Nana " Now what 13 year old says that? Getting a filling fun? Said he never felt pain . Lol......
Everyone is always nice and considerate and all the dental hygienist always put us at ease and explain what they're going to do and what we will feel before they do anything and thats comforting so theres no surprises. We always know what to expect financially cause all the ladies at the front take care of all that before we arrive. Doctor you are blessed to have such a great staff and we are blessed to have such a great and caring dentist. Thanks for all ya'll do for us.

I had chipped a tooth in front, so wanted to have it fixed. Dr. Vakil was quick and painless and the tooth matches perfectly.
As always, the service is excellent and people are wonderful!
