Always pleasant and professional.
I was there for my biannual teeth cleaning. Mary was great as always. Even though there are protocols in place, everything was smooth.
I was in the chair ahead of my scheduled cleaning time. Found that I needed additional work (a crown) and they were very accommodating in getting me scheduled for that procedure two days later.
The staff and Dentists are always cordial and do a great job with their patients whether its cleaning or having more intense work done. I have been going here for 20 years.
Always good to visit with Mary as the hygienist and Dr. Vakil for the inspection. Warm, friendly & professional.
I'm glad to see that NW General Dentistry consistently provides prompt, quality dental care. Having received services from them for several years, I have found what I want from a dental service: dental care with minimal or no discomfort in an updated, clean environment.
