Very good, clean, professional
The office followed all Vivid guidelines and I felt completely safe during my visit. Cindy did a fantastic job taking care of my teeth, she is very professional and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Vakil was great as always. He took time to buff a small chip on the inside of my front tooth. Best dental office ever! Thanks, Rick

Great. I felt very comfortable with all the CDC recommended procedures in place for virus prevention. Hygienist did a great job as always.
Needed a filing....under a crown....best dental experience with the scan technology.... the new crown fit like a glove without adjustment. The people at NW General Dentistry are great Drs Vakil and Otten, hygenist Mary, assistant Joanne and admin staff. Their Covid 19 protocols are spot on.....no one should have any second thoughts about seeing them.
The staff and dentists at Northwest General Dentistry provide consistently caring and excellent service. I highly recommend them - Dr. Otten is a wonderful dentist!
