There staff is very helpful and knowledgable on the phone. The dentist was even BETTER!! This is a great place for us chickens, they are great thru the entire process
Dr. Otten is my preferred dentist and I always receive thorough understanding of the procedures needed for my dental health care. Office Staff are always a joy to talk and flexible working my visits into your schedule.
My family have been patients here for about 11yrs (if I remember correctly) and I've been very pleased with everyone here. They are very friendly. The main reason we have continued service here is that parents are not discouraged to be with there children during any treatments and rooms are open. This helps parents feel comfortable and trustworthy of the dentist here. We greatly appreciate this.
I started going to Northwest after some bad experiences at other nearby offices and love it. I will never go anywhere else. The staff is fantastic from the doctors, techs all the way the the receptionist. This is a great place you can trust to care for you and your family.
The Staff is really wonderful, Clean professional, they make u feel comfortable and not scared.
I've been a patient for over a year now and was even able to convince my husband (who experienced an awful dental experience as a child) to make an appointment. Previously, I could never get him to even have a cleaning done. Now, he's made several appointments because of the wonderful caring staff and chair friendly dentists! Give this place a try! They're awesome!
