From check in to check out it's a good experience, timely, friendliest staff in town, gentle dentist.
I was referred out to another specialist for a root canal and then went back for the crown at Northwest General Dentistry. The experience was a positive one from the receptionist to the dentist. I was made comfortable and was informed of everything at each step which helped me to remain relaxed. I arrived 15 min late and they were very gracious about the delay. Will definitely return to this facility and refer people I know to Dr. Otten and his staff.

The staff at Nortwest General Dentistry are great. They make you feel right at ease and are so pleasant. Dr. Vakil and Dr. Otten are top notch Dentist. I am so glad I found this office 5 years ago!
