On June 26, 2026, I visited the Northwest Florida Community Hospital emergency department. The intake process is generally efficient; there is always someone at the front desk to handle the admission process, and the waiting area and restrooms have consistently been clean and well-maintained. I do have a safety concern regarding my care. After being administered antibiotic and steroid injections, I was left in a room with the door shut and the curtain drawn. Being in the healthcare setting myself I know what protocol and standard patient safety proceeder is. #1 not ONE person who entered the er room introduced themselves or verified patient before proceeding with test or pushing meds. NOT EVEN THE DR. This is a BIG NO NO. Will not be coming back here that’s for sure. Really disappointed.

If I could give this “hospital” zero stars, I would. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude, they are very disorganized and unprofessional. Do not recommend this place!
