I have been using Northwest Family Medicine forever! Melissa Loftis was my mother‘s doctor (as well as mine) and she took awesome care of my mom for the last 20 years of her life. I will never go anywhere else! The staff is wonderful and everyone that works there is friendly, helpful, informed and professional! This facility needs better customer service, the customers are more than just a number. I have only gone into this facility a one time and i called in to cancel the appointment and was told that it would be a 50.00 cancellation fee. However i was more upset that debbie at the facility was so rude. More than anything i just needed help with canceling the appointment due the fact that i could nt afford to come in. I have been going here for years and they have never failed me. It's hard to put your care in someone else's care but here I have no worries and have seen everyone through the years except the newest dr.
