Today I went to The Northwest Family Dental office. All of the staff members that I had contact with were polite and helpful. They also cared about my needs and kept checking to make sure that I was comfortable. I would highly recommend them to any local resident. Both my husband and me have driven from St. Helens because we have only had good experiences there.

Have been going for over three years now and am always happy when I am leaving to go home. Office is ran efficiently and is always very neat and clean. The entire staff is always willing to go out of their way to help with anything and everything. Would recommend Northwest Family Dental to anyone needing a dentist.

I have never had such a thorough and complete dental "new patient" oral evaluation, in my entire life. Sara Evans, in my opinion, is more than skilled in the dentistry field. Her staff are very professional, and I would recommend Northwest Family Dental to anyone.

Being greeted with a warm hello from a pup was the first thing that told me I am going to like this place. Professional yet warm office setting. Exam rooms and equipment were clean and comfortable. Doctor Evans and staff were wonderful which also made for a relaxing and stress free experience. Honestly, I have to say this was one of the better dentist visits I have ever encountered.

Thank you for removing my broken tooth with such skill and kindness. The whole process was not as "anxiety filled" as I expected. I expected a much worse experience (from previous experiences elsewhere) and was pleasantly surprised. Both Dr.s Evans and Chan were professional and caring. They even called to check up on me to make sure I was doing okay. Thank you for renewing my faith in this profession. All of your employees have made a positive impact on me.

My dental hygienist was ready for the appointment to start on time. She was capable, and professional. I trust the staff to guide me about what I need to do to keep my teeth healthy. The dentist came in to check my teeth and explain why she will need to do a small filling. Everyone who works there has always been willing to answer all of my questions.

Sara Evans is one of the most caring and compassionate dentists I have been too. She wants to make sure you are comfortable, which isn't always easy when you are having dental work done. If you want to feel cared for and listened too then she is the dentist to see. She tries to hit that happy medium to numb you enough to get the job done, but not so much that you feel like you have a fat lip for the rest of the day.

Tried this office about a year or so ago after my previous dentist retired and sold his office. The personnel are first rate and seem to have the latest equipment/systems to work with. They are also able to manage their scheduling very well. I have never had to sit in the waiting room for an extended period of time. I recommend this organization to anyone looking for first rate dental care.
