RecommendedIt was wonderful working with Dr. Amanda Ward. She was absolutely professional and a pleasure to talk with regarding my care plan and the plans for both of my children (who also liked her care and bedside manner). I think Dr. Ward is a wonderful addition to the practice and is leagues better than my previous dentist.
My kiddo just had a cleaning with Kim, and she is awesome! Super understanding and gentle with my ASD child. <3
Dr Jacobs, Cathy and the rest of the staff was fantastic.

As you can see from my other reviews, I'm normally pretty critical because I like to hold companies accountable for their poor service. Northwest Family Dental is fantastic. Very knowledgeable, polite, and professional staff that actually cares about you instead of just treating you like a number like most places do.

Northwest Family Dental gets 5 stars!!!! It has been YEARS since ive been able to get to a dentist. Knowing i need a good bit of work done on my teeth, Dr. Atwal and her staff comforted me and were incredibly gentle (which is what i need). I also want to thank Kasey at the front desk for helping me with all of my insurance questions. I dont want to go anywhere else. Everyone was so nice and knowledgable. They are very wonderful with children as well... My son was so happy to learn that he didn't have any cavities! :-) I very much recommend. Plus they won't try to make you do unneeded dental work. I had a dentist tell me I needed 6 crowns in the past. At Northwest Family Dental, I was told that I only needed fillings. Much better on the wallet! 😁
