Professionals in their name says it all. They have their act together. My appointment was May 14th, amid all the COVID precautions. They texted me while I waited in my car (about 1 minute) to tell me they were ready and to come in. They took my temp in the hallway before entering the office. They were very careful inside to make sure anything I needed to touch was properly cleaned and everyone wore a mask, including me. Dr. Travis and the technician were as pleasant as always. I am 100% pleased.
I have worn contact lenses for over 50yrs. I have been to many eye care professionals during that time. Recently I was recommended to this group and I am overwhelmed at the difference. I contacted Northwest EyeCare Professionals for a medical condition. I was given an appointment early the next morning; however, I was told if I began to see "floaters" or have other vision problems to call right away. Dr. Bosner was very thorough and explained the details of the treatment he prescribed. I felt very confident in all the care I received by all the staff and Dr. Bosner. I highly recommend Dr. Bosner and his staff at Northwest EyeCare Professionals.
