Went to have eyes checked. Liked the doctor and staff very much. Went back today to order glasses and the girl who waited on me to take my order for glasses was a real shock. Didnt seem she knew anything, couldnt answer questions and finally she goes "I guess I am a terrible sales person and (very sarcastic) I hope you have a good day! When I asked for the manager, she said she was. I then asked if she was the manager of the entire office. No. All I got from her was nasty responses. Horrid. We will never be returning. We were told a certain amount for contacts. We paid that amount. Later, we get a bill in the mail. When we called about the wrong information told to us they were not willing to make it right in anyway.

The way I was treated when my prescription lenses weren’t right not once but twice, (even after a re-check exam) was truly embarrassing. I have never felt more uncomfortable or unwelcome in a place of business. I couldn’t properly see out of my glasses for a month. Not once was anyone apologetic or helpful to the issue. They made this whole month long process feel like it was my fault.
