Dropped in for an urgent care visit without an appointment @ 7:30AM (office open but physicians arrive around 8AM) following eye trauma from a sports activity. Margaret was very professional and caring. She carefully reviewed my injury and gave a diagnosis that she pre-confirmed with an additional doctor in the practice due to the retinal image. Luckily, the injury is minor and healing as she diagnosed.
He is OUTSTANDING! Very friendly, easy to talk to, just a great all around personality! Very knowledgeable, professional. I have been going to him for awhile, my husband & mother-inlaw also go to him, I will not go to any one else.
His services were promptly delivered by the doctor and his staff. Very professional. I was very pleased with my examination, the doctor's explanations and recommendations.

I trust Dr. Pritckett because he explained my cataract options very well. When I was unsure of my choice he met with me a second time to make sure I understood my new choice and was comfortable with it. Dr. Prickett has shown kindness , understanding , and patience through these procedures and follow up appointments.
I have been a patient at your office for years, along with my husband. I arrived at 3:40 today for an appt. & sat there, ignored until 4:45. I went to the receptionist and told her I was going home, that I've waited long enough. Upon arriving at home, I noticed that your office called me at 4:17 at home - probably to see where I was-duh-I was sitting there waiting to be seen. This is very unprofessional & I am very upset. I will call & reschedule but I hope this won't happen again. Sally Granick
Excellent Doctor, easy going, listens.
I was very apprehensive when I was first met with Dr. Prickett and his staff. They quickly eased my concerns and made me feel very comfortable when discussing the cataract surgery. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. I was having a very hard time seeing, driving and doing every day functions. But after having the procedure, my life has truly been changed. I can never repay Dr. Prickett and his staff for all that they have done for me.
