friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable
My first experience with NES today was a positive one. The staff was warm and welcoming and because of my injury and my inability to write, I was given assistance in filling out my paperwork. Doctor Bowman was courteous and competent and I left feeling encouraged and grateful for the professionalism exhibited by everyone I encountered.
Dr.Bowman and his entire staff are exceptional. My personal experience is ongoing and so far Ive been treated with nothing but the best professionalism and care. They have made me feel like more than just a patient and i appreciate that as its not always easy to trust everyone in the medical profession but these folks know what they are doing and have never left me feeling anything but very well taken care of!!
