I find them Extremely overpriced and unresponsive to my request to adjust my bill. They billed me $185 for office visit then $300 for EACH orthodic. I have great insurance and had met my max out of pocket for the year yet NW ES wants $97.58 more from me personally. They charged $785 for my inserts and got almost $700 from my ins. but want more? I would rate this clinic more stars if possible. The entire staff from day one were helpful, intelligent, knowledgeable and anticipating my needs before I even expressed them. Dr Le is smart, cautious, careful but brilliant, friendly, honest, open, and an excellent surgeon. He cobbled my toe back together in what can only be described as a miracle.
