I had a very positive visit with Dr. Pham. He was able to quickly diagnose a broken toe and clearly explained what to expect during recovery. He's checked on me a couple times since my visit and I'm glad I decided to see Dr. Pham!
(Updates) The office manager called me next day. He was very understanding and took my feedback seriously without being defensive. He said he will talk to the medical assistant and possibly train her to improve her communication skills. (Original post) My review is based on three appointments I had at Hoyt location. My review is based on three appointments I had at Hoyt location. The doctor I saw (Beach) was okay. But her medical assistant was awful. Very rude and unprofessional. I believe I saw Dr Peter Pham and he was amazing. I have high anxiety and he made the process fast and super easy. Really nice guy and incredibly efficient! Thank you so much for helping me with something that has literally made my life painful for the past year!
Dr. Le and his team are absolutely fantastic at what they do. I originally came here because of a foot issue that had really bothered me for over a year. Dr. Le’s treatment had the affected areas cured much faster than normal and my confidence boosted back within no time. He’s also personally a pleasure to talk to, so appointments are an absolute breeze. I’d strongly recommend Dr. Le for any of your foot, ankle, leg, etc. issues. One of the best medical specialists I’ve ever met.
