I had been a customer since October of 2018 and have always paid my full bills. During the time covid hit in 2020, I was told by them that they wouldn’t let their techs come in people’s residences for safety concerns. I was told by the employee that called to schedule my appointment for a tech to come out to my home that I could reschedule those inside visits at a later date. I agreed for safety reasons. Very slow to respond, acted as if our problem was no big deal. Extremely bad at returning calls, would take a message and never return the call. First service man to come out couldn't do anything without first calling in to his boss first, seemed very inexpierenced and not very knowledgeable. Don't recommend them and will never use them again.
