I waited 3 weeks for a soonest appointment for them to cancel and give me the option to wait another month or move my appointment up working against my work schedule… due to atl traffic i was 20 min late. Pissed because me to take off work and still not be seen even though their system had me scheduled for 2 appts 30 mins apart. I was late for one and early for the other and not willing to commit to the appointment i was on time for
I wanted to give this clinic 5 star review, but unfortunately I won't. Because they never called me to schedule the post-op appointment. They simply forgot about me. DO NOT COME HERE I was charged nearly $1,300 for no more than a grand total of 20 minutes with a doctor who really didn't do anything or have any information. I have attached the photo of my bill so that other people will have an idea how much they will be charged. I saw Dr. Avani Ingley because I had a terrible sinus infection. Hands down the best medical care I’ve received in years. Dr Hassan Qureshi and Dr Leslie Beckham-Wright were the only ones who actually caught what was happening. After urgent care and the ER dismissed it as “fluid,” Dr Qureshi immediately recognised sudden sensorineural hearing loss and started treatment right away.
