All I can say with certainty & 100 %truth that Dr.Verela and every one is polite, courtesy, easy to talk with while making appointments and discussing images ,& test results, plus in addition I recommend Dr.Verela and others to be seen at now the milwaukie location .!. They are the best people well equipped and experienced with ear 👂, nose 👃, throat issues as well you'll only spend less than hour with hearing and the Dr or with Dr than other locations & other providers in this field, as well they listen to your issues and ... read more
I had a great experience with Northwest ENT and Dr. Baker. The receptionist was able to schedule me quickly, within just a few days of when I called. Dr. Baker was kind, thorough, and easy to talk to. He reviewed my CT scan within just one day (and on a Friday afternoon, no less) and called to discuss the results so that I wasn't left worrying over the weekend. I'd recommend Dr. Baker to anyone with ear troubles!
Surprised by many of the poor reviews; posting mine for some balance. I have been visiting NW ENT for years and have received good care, attention to my concerns, and proactive screenings to ensure nothing dire was a culprit. Dr. Baker and crew have been great. Going back next week for my 3rd annual checkup.
Had long test for lack of hearing in one ear and diminished hearing in the other and SHORT visit about a constant itch in my throat. The Dr. Maldonado didn’t even make eye contact with me or ask questions about the throat itch and handed me a prescription. I had an MRI for hearing loss and was told results show everything is normal. And have not heard from the ENT clinic since!
