The doctor's instructions were clear and concise. The status of my condition was relayed to me clearly and my expectations were set before the procedure. The procedure went well and am leaving on time.
I was very scared since I've never had this done. Wonderful from beginning to end. Ann made me feel very calm with my initial phone call, then Rita was so nice an informative to Nathalie she checked on me constantly during the procedure. Dr Odom has the most calming voice and presence about him. I would recommend this clinic and Dr to anyone going through something like this.

Dr. O'Connor helped me when I was in tremendous pain from an infected and exposed root. The pain was agonizing and the throbbing so bad that my entire jaw felt like it was on fire. I had never been to him before, but in spite of this, he made time for me and did an emergency root canal. If he hadn't helped me, I would have gone to the E.R., that's how bad it was. Dr. O'Connor is kind, detail-oriented, highly efficient, professional, and simply a wonderful dentist. I would never go elsewhere!
Over the past 8 years Dr. Odum preformed 3 root canals after each tooth had an abscess. I did not experience any pain during or after the procedure. He is awesome!
