Dr. O'Connor was at a funeral out of town when I called with an emergency. Not only did he walk me through a short term fix, he arranged for Dr. Odom to call me immediately and see me the following day. Terrific service.
My bridge came loose on Saturday and Dr. Odum gave up his Sunday afternoon to make sure that my health was fully protected. In my book, above and beyond the call of duty. Special thanks to his wife for her help also.
