Medical staff was excellent and very pleasant at all times.
From the moment I walked in, I should have known to just leave and go to just about anywhere else. After waiting around 5 minutes, someone (later confirmed named Perla, a NP) walked by, and sat at the other end of the desk. No acknowledgement, no nothing. Another minute or so goes by Sharlene walks in. She does not ask why we are there, instead she starts saying how long we will be waiting. Its an ER I didnt expect to be in and out in 30 minutes.
