Every member of NW Emergency team was professional, kind and caring. Each of them introduced themselves, called me by name and treated me as an individual not just a case. Of course, I’d preferred not to have been there but given my need I couldn’t have more pleased with the experience. Thanks.
From check in, to X-ray, to Nursing & the physician, I felt truly cared for & understood.
The Dr took one look in my son’s ear and said it’s just ear wax. But my son told me he broke a pencil inside his ear. It had been bothering him and I used my phone flash light and could see it but the Dr kept insisting it was just ear wax. We came home I put ear drops in his ear to soften it and guess what? Got the pencil lead out.. all I needed was some help so I didn’t mess up his ear drum because I’m not a professional and they couldn’t even do that! And now Im gonna get a huge bill and they did nothing.
From the front desk to the nurses and the PA who treated my husband, we were super impressed!! Very professional, friendly and efficient!
