RecommendedNorthwest Door’s customer service was above an beyond expectation. I recently reached out to them for help in locating a couple of replacement door panels. My garage doors were 16 years old and the design hadn’t been produced in years. Most companies would require you to purchase there newest design instead of providing a product that is no longer in production. I've had two guys out here and both of them were excellent. I even called the office to give my kudos. I think they are friendly, expert at what they do, and I think they are a bit less expensive than other garage door companies!!
I have to commend you for excellent service and repair! Last Thursday I contacted you at about closing time because I'd noticed that my big garage door spring was broken on one side. Within 5 minutes, Grace had gotten back to me; she called me Friday morning at 7:30 and set up an appointment with Dave who kept in close communication about his arrival time, and was professional and efficient in replacing the coil.
