It's a good place for Tailgaters/Chucks to purchase doors and parts. The women in the office seem to care about their customers.
BEWARE!! I ordered doors from this company in early August. When they finally arrived after several delays/months, the installer noticed they shipped the wrong hardware after installing one door. It took another 2 months for the correct hardware to come in. After further inspection of the doors i noticed several defects when they were manufactured. Purchased a modern Northwest Garage door for our complete house renovation. Decided to go with the more expensive model. After about a year the framing around two of the 5 windows started to peel. It was repaired by Northwest and at the time the technician stated that the frames should have been anodized but instead were painted. Long story short the remaining windows started to peel during year 6, after the warranty expired (5 years), so we have been denied for repairs.
