Dermatologist was pleasant and informative about my procedure.
I never received a bill for a small outstanding balance. They sent it to collections without my even knowing I owed a small amount of extra money over the copay. Then 4 years later, after I still didn't know about the bill, they cancelled my appointment. That is when I finally found out about the bill. I wish they had called or emailed me to let me know I had a balance due. I had been into their office many times and was never told about this bill. Great experience, as always. Preston and the staff are warm, welcoming and efficient. There are a lot of barriers to getting all of your annual physical exams, but the Frontier team makes it easy.
