As usual, my care was excellent. However, the office was late to open and bring patients back; I was in my appointment longer than I would have liked.
My last two experiences, as always, were excellent. At least one office employee kindly greets me as enter. The atmosphere is pleasant throughout the whole office. I didn't have to wait very long before Shawna came for me to start the process. She offered me a blanket, a neck pillow and protective glasses. Shawna put a TV screen with HGTV on in front of me whenever she could. They are always considerate and gentle and ask me about preferences when they can. Tracy and I had a ball. She did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth and dealing with my broken crown, but to say it was the highlight of my week would be an overstatement. Great job!
