You have the receptionist bar non. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
The hygienist {A} is A++. She's thorough, cognizant of insurance coverages, always friendly, informative, and has our best interests on the front burner. NW Dental's staff also works closely with the endodontist. The front office staff is always welcoming, as well--some of my favorite people. The only thing missing is a therapy yellow lab or Golden Retriever to sprawl on us as work is being done. [hint...hint...]
Dr. Malone and both assistants -- April and Kiana -- were professional, efficient, effective, and kind in replacing my crown.
Excellent work by entire staff
The dental staff and office help are all excellent. They are always on schedule, friendly and professional. My hygienist was new to me, but very thorough and friendly. Dr. Smart was, of course, caring and professional. I feel well taken care of when I leave the office.
