Very good experience with dental hygienist Brie She is wonderful with kids! My 6 year old daughter did great with the cleaning and x-rays because of her approach The dentist was good too! He is good with kids as well.?He answered my questions about if and when my daughter needs to see an orthodontist
This was easily the best first visit I’ve ever had. Not just because we discussed 80s hard rock throughout my entire cleaning, but everyone from the front to back was super nice. Was absolutely a memorable experience.
At check-in I noticed I was going to be billed for Co-pay. When I explained that my BC/BS covers all the charges I was told there was no such ins coverage shown in my file. How did that disappear? I had to dig out my ins card to be copied for my file. Next I was given an electronic device to update my current medical record. I AM NOT A TECHIE and I resent the automatic expectation that everyone must know how to manipulate these devices, even us 'oldies'. A paper copy of my medical file was then handed to me for updating. From check-ups to cleanings, fillings to crowns and implants, we have found that the entire staff are competent and caring. We would not be satisfied if they just had good patient rapport; we want relief from pain and dental problems. We are always given options with the pros and cons along with a recommended course of action. The results are good and the process is usually much less uncomfortable than we worried it might be. We are very satisfied and recommend Northwest Dental. They know their stuff and are super friendly..... read more
Great dental office!
I love Carmen! She is so gentle and always numbs my sensitive teeth before cleaning them. Dr Bryan is very gentle, too. Great office staff . All are very nice and Professional!
I am usually extremely uncomfortable and fearful of sitting in a dental chair. I was impressed to the degree all involved in my visit were incredibly understanding and gained my trust in their skill. They all went beyond helping me through this appointment. Thank you so much.

The staff was friendly, explained procedures and took time to educate and answer questions! Dr Bryan truly cares about his patients and staff and it shows!
