9 months ago I moved to Medford from the California Bay Area. I started going to NW Dental 6 months ago and my second visit with them was this week. Everyone in the office is professional and very caring about my well being. I feel comfortable while i'm there. It's definately the best dental experience I've had in many years.
It went very well. I don't have any other extractions to base it off of but the tooth is gone and the pain is gone so thank you. I do like the atmosphere there as well. If my insurance allows I will continue to return for my dental needs.

The staff at Northwest Dental are very attentive to details and well versed on best ways to address teeth that are sensitive to temperature. Both Carmen and Amanda, the two dental hygienists, that have worked on me, are friendly and helpful in giving me tips on how to take better care of my teeth, without coming off as judgmental. Dr. Bryan is excellent as always, personable, and has very steady hands. My family loves the care we receive.
Amanda, a dental hygienist at Northwest Dental Associates, is the best dental hygienist you'll ever find. She takes pride in (and apparently derives satisfaction from) the quality of her dental hygiene work. In addition, she is a generalist, and performs other tasks, too (e.g., gum pocket depth records, X-rays, appointments). She is very professional, courteous, friendly, and kind.
