Worst Dental office in town. The front desk is very rude and does not follow HIPPA. They never finished my dad whitening treatment and are no giving him his Xray that he paid for.. I would not recommend this place.

Northwest Dental saved my teeth when I was told to go there!! I had not been to a dentist for over 10 yrs. Pat was sooo kind and a little gentle. Lol. She is amazing, kept talking and made me feel completely at ease. Dr Byrd is totally amazing and the most gentle dentist I have ever been to. The girls at the desk are awesome also and make me feel right at home. Will never go anywhere else �. Now when I go for check ups my teeth are perfect and only go every 6 months. Thank You All!
Worst place anyone can go to. I took a Groupon here to get my teeth clean and get cleaning treys. It’s been 6 month now treys and cleaning was horrible. I called and spoke to a rude office manager who hung up on me 2 times just because I didn’t want to speak to the doctor. All I asked for was my X-rays witch I paid for and my treys that should have been done by now. Rude people I can’t stand and I paid for something I never got. Unreal how they treat people. Exceptionally friendly staff. Conservative outlook. The Drs are more concerned with their patients than the bottom line. Highly recommended!
Everyone there is so nice and helpful. I have been going there for years and Dr. Byrd is very knowledgeable and very gentle. When Pat cleans my teeth they feel great. I would recommend them to everyone!
