I am not surprised reading in many reviews of this contractor (on Google, Yelp, Super Pages and other consumer sites) references to engaging attorneys and other authorities to help deal with this business and its unscrupulous practices. Based on my own experience with this contractor, I absolutely agree with those who do not recommend hiring this contractor for any of your needs. Chris has done several decks for me (including my own home) and they are pieces of art. After calling several companies he was the only person who came in budget and did a fantastic job. Plus a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Chris.
Chris came to take measurements for redoing my deck and said he would send a proposal. After a few days had passed, I called and left a couple of voicemails and never heard anything back.
WARNING! Do not use them if you hope to get your project done on time or on budget. We have engaged an attorney so can't say too much, but our job was not completed. Definitely find someone else for the job...
Chris and Nw Custom Deck did a fantastic job on our project. From his design work, to the finishing details on the deck...everything was top notch. We are very pleased, and have recommended this company to several of our friends.
