Asked for them to provide a comparative quote after providing them documentation of the line items costed out by the other contractor. We ended up using the other subcontractor for some of the work and revisited the remaining line items with Northwest Crawl Space Services to requote. I’m very happy with my insulation project done by NW crawlspace service. Their quote is competitive and straightforward with no pricing trap. They also support credit card payment with no additional fees! Their schedule is flexible. During the insulation work, the team found two leaking spots from the pipes, and they finished the other areas first and let me get my own plumbers to fix the leakage, then came back to finish the whole project.
