first of all, I wanna start out by thanking Miss Rita for paying close attention to the problem I had as I sat in an airport on my way from Florida to Connecticut !! A throbbing toothache that I couldn’t get under control on a Saturday or Sunday in Florida.. within 24 hrs of landing I had an appointment with Dr Claus.( Love this lady.) She said MOE you need a root canal got on the phone called Dr. Emma Burke and within another 48 hours all procedures were complete and I was back to being normal. I have been going here for over 30 years and never had a disappointment. The newer owners are very meticulous and knowledgeable and I am very satisfied with their work. They have a great staff and have kept my teeth healthy. I highly recommend using them as your dentist.
The Hygienist and the Dentists are wonderfully nice people and they did good dental work. However I had 3 issues with this business which is resulting in me switching to another provider for my dental care. 1st Incident: After my procedure was completed I called to schedule the followup appointment. I was met with a "Don't call us, we'll call you." I felt brushed off but if it's their procedure then it can't be helped.
