I've heard bad reviews on this guy, arrogant, mean, etc. But I found him to be very pleasant, efficient and thorough. Don't be late, don't waste his time and don't mess around. Other than that, his credentials speak for themselves...some people have earned the right to be arrogant.
This ophthalmologist has a very well-deserved reputation for being extremely arrogant. Several patients waiting in his office complained that they were kept waiting for between 45 minutes and an hour, with never any sort of apology. However, should a patient be late for an appointment, service is refused, even when the waiting room is empty, which occurred to me today. It is my strong recommendation that this physician be avoided.
