It is 545pm I came to see if my daughter could see a doctor and was refused service as they close at 6pm. Are they supposed to refuse medical care because they close in 15 minutes 🤔
EVERYONE, from when I called and spoke with Maureen, to getting my vitals, bloodwork and nebulizer done by Shirey to Fran who took my X-ray and the very caring Doctor Perez, they couldn’t have been more caring and more thorough! They actually ran tests to see what was wrong with me, unlike he urgent care I was at FOUR weeks ago with the same issues. I very highly recommend coming here over an ER that you’ll have to wait hours at. This place really cares about people! Thank you to the entire staff
I used to like NorthShore. The Dr's and staff were proactive, calling to tell u to set your annual physical, putting in the lab orders without prompting. So very helpful THEN. NOW, get to the front desk, get told all the reasons why I cannot get my lab work done. I didn't set an appointment this is encouraged as a walk in, the doctor the didnt put your order in, did you ask them to do this? The dude at the front desk is very robotic and inhuman. He wouldn't let me use the regular urgent care service because I mentioned work in my explanation. Instead, I would have to wait 2 hours to be seen when I only needed a tetanus shot. He wouldn't let me go any other way other than through workers comp even though I asked for the regular treatment. I'm not coming here again. What an unbelievable waste of time.
Everyone at this facility is absolutely wonderful.
