Using the telephone app my smartphone, I called the number and was transferred to the lab department! I consider this to be a great advancement of human progess. Normally, I hesitate to even call Endeavor because they transfer you to some central answering department that doesn't even "know" the brick and mortar location 5 minutes from your house that you'd like to ask a simple question or get their hours of operation. I absolutely agreed with all the negative comments, I walked in this location today Friday 8/21 and had the most awful experience with front desk receptionist his name is Eric, he didn’t even let me explain the reason I was there, he cuts me off and rudeness. I never experienced this service from endeavors locations from Elmhurts IL. Absolutely awful. Cero starts
PA advised I take Advil for a sore throat without reviewing my chart once, which would’ve shown that I am 7 months pregnant and Advil is contraindicated in pregnancy. I specifically mentioned my pregnancy to the nurse as well, so there’s no appropriate handoff being done. The lack of patient safety is terrifying and a major liability. Do not come here if you need an Employment check. I've been waiting 2 weeks to be cleared I got a call from my workplace telling me I have not been cleared and cannot return back. TWO WEEKS FOR THE DOCTOR TO SIGN ME OFF. My work place has been calling and no response. On top of it the nurse that took my vitals was rude too. ZERO stars
