I’m very disappointed with the scheduling process at this office. I clearly requested a Tuesday appointment and was told it was confirmed, but later received a text showing it had been changed to Wednesday without my consent. This kind of mistake is frustrating and inconvenient, especially when patients plan their time around confirmed appointments. I hope they improve their communication and attention to detail. Never got a chance to see the doctors but probably better to stay away…
PA advised I take Advil for a sore throat without reviewing my chart once, which would’ve shown that I am 7 months pregnant and Advil is contraindicated in pregnancy. I specifically mentioned my pregnancy to the nurse as well, so there’s no appropriate handoff being done. The lack of patient safety is terrifying and a major liability. Avoid this facility if you care about your life.
Took care of my needs very nice and polite
Wait times are outrageous! Came in to see a nurse practitioner to see about getting blood work done and get a possible referral. Got here at 8am it’s 9am and still waiting. Absolutely ridiculous! And there is like 15 people in here coughing there brains out, so I might have 19 viruses before I leave hear! Worst outpatient facility hands down. If there was an option to give zero stars that’s what they would get.
