This place is awful. Came here for an urgent care visit to test for strep, the nurse told me to test for COVID as well so I did. The front desk lady was awful, more concerned with the Cubs game on the TV than attending to a patient. She also told me my visit was going to be $50 max and I was in network. I got my bill today of $360, when I went on the portal it went up to $507. First off, why is it that much. Second off, why did it increase that much in 20mins. A COVID test is $16 at the store. 10/16/2025 I was in the office today for a lingering cough and congestion. I was helped by PA Anna. She was kind and explained everything. I had a chest x-ray. The whole office staff was nice and helpful. I will definitely be back in the future for care! Thank you!
They have very shady billing practices. I visited in April because my insurance said this was the closest in-network Urgent Care. They were not able to help my son with a painful severe wax buildup and I took him home and managed to treat it with over the counter drops. Urgent Care is supposed to be a $35 copay but I then got two separate bills totaling over $200 after insurance.
