I seldom take the time to write good reviews, but this is the exception. Just got my car back from Northwest Auto Collision after a repair to my Honda Civic. Was treated with respect and courtesy all the way. Rich Snipes went beyond what he had to do to make my car almost brand new again. I was treated like family. Very very knowledgeable estimators amazing is the only word I can use to describe the condition of my vehicle when I picked it up I would definitely highly recommend the shop as I have been to several they put the extra in extraordinary quality shouldn't be expensive it should be expected

Very very sorry yes he did find my paperwork and yes he is going to fix my car when they originally worked on my car they were awesome people and now that it needs a repair done under their warranty work they are willing to fix it thank you very much Greg at northwest collision center
