This company is by far the best in the business! Not only is their work flawless, but the staff goes above and beyond to make sure clients going through insurance issues are aware of their options rather than getting swindled by the insurance companies!! I would be upside down in a car loan if it weren’t for this company fighting for me and helping me through one of the worst things to happen to me! Now I’m back in MY car and it looks better than when I bought it!
My 12 year old Lexus desperately needed some body work and a complete detailing. A friend suggested Northwest Collision. They were amazing! They went above and beyond to get my car looking great again; their attention to small details made a world of difference to the outcome. The office staff was very nice and explained eveything. They guarantee their work and have very fair prices. I highly recommend them and they are now my go to shop for any work I need done.
Best Body shop in Pinellas county ! I chose Northwest Collision recently for some body repairs to my car after I was rear ended. I have used them in the past. They do a great job and are very easy to work with. They keep you informed and are very upfront and honest about what needs to be done, how much it will cost and how long it will take. I just got my car back and they did an amazing job. The car looks better than it did before the accident. Thank you for providing such exceptional service.
I had an excellent experience at Northwest when I brought my Kia Soul in for some body work. I chose NW because of their great reviews, and I'm so glad I did. Rich was extremely professional and communicated with me throughout the process. I just got it out of the shop and it looks perfect. They did a great job -- it looks like new again! They even helped me change my dead battery prior to pick up and detailed my car inside and out. I have already recommended NW to friends. Thanks again, guys!

I recently had some body work done on my Mazda due to a little fender bender. This place is awesome, great customer service and my car looks like brand new. While they had my vehicle for repair I also had them detail inside and out...seriously my car looks like brand new. These guys are great!
