I originally had a different service advisor assigned to me and she had another customer opportunity when I arrive and I got "stuck" with Chuck and I am grateful for that. Great guy, personable, explained the plan for addressing my recall items and recommended service that I needed. I look forward to being a loyal customer to this location, thanks to Chuck (even though he is a Cowboys fan) 😉
