My husband made an appointment at Northwest Center for Colorectal Health to get some relief from an external hemorrhoid. He was told from his doctor that he needed a specialist. He went to the appointment as scheduled. The doctor did an exam, but nothing else. There wasn't any treatment of any sort. We were charged as if my husband had surgery.
