Went there after being referred by the hospital to have to pay over $160 for an appointment only to have zero exams done, zero test done, and symptoms still happening. Very disappointed with the way Pamela brushed my wife off and did nothing to find the issue. We are done completely with Atrium Wake Forest locations, it’s been nothing but hell dealing with these people.
I truly value the in-person aspect of this office, and I appreciate the care provided. However, I've experienced significant delays in receiving results and responses to general inquiries, always exceeding two weeks, (including phone messages and messages sent through the patient portal).While I understand that scheduling constraints and part-time availability can contribute to these delays, the extended wait times are causing considerable stress and anxiety. I went here during my first pregnancy and wasn't much of a fan. However, my second time through was excellent. Dr. Beard is hands down amazing! She made all the difference in making it a calm experience.
