I was supposed to have my first OB visit yesterday morning. From the start my experiences and interactions with this facility were less than ideal. When they scheduled me for the initial appointment, they refused to see me before 6 weeks despite my primary care sending an emergent referral due to previous miscarriages in my medical history, the appointment they did schedule me for, I was told, was for an ultrasound, labs, and doctor visit. I had a wonderful experience during my surgery journey. Dr C. Hornbuckle is an exceptional provider and has great bedside manner. The staff took good care of me when I was in the hospital.
Went there after being referred by the hospital to have to pay over $160 for an appointment only to have zero exams done, zero test done, and symptoms still happening. Very disappointed with the way Pamela brushed my wife off and did nothing to find the issue. We are done completely with Atrium Wake Forest locations, it’s been nothing but hell dealing with these people.
