William of NorthWest Car Audio Connection installed a keyless entry system with remote start. I couldnt be anymore happier with this install. I couldnt tell the difference between the newly installed security system and the factory wiring. bottom line... I would definitely recommend these guys. top of the line installers and have an eye for detail, here. I'll be going to northwest car audio connection for all my mobile needs. thanks again, William
They are the absolute worst. Had me scheduled an appointment. Arrived on time. The guy who was going to do the work arrived 45 minutes later and upon doing so said he had another car waiting and would take 45 minutes to finish. I left to get food came back exactly 45 minutes later. Waited another 3 hours and he was still not done. I finally left and will had the nerve to text me back like it was my fault and that I should've just left my car there until it was done. really??
Horrible customer service. Improper quotes. Unreasonable install time. Did I mention horrible customer service? Don't yell at customers.
I highly recommend Will He came to my house to do a job and worked above and beyond completing the job He stands behind his work. very helpful and most importantly he's an owner of willing to put in work and to build his business and I fully support locally owned businesses and small business owners trying to make a name for them self. I'd recommend him over any one of the big stereo shops that have been around for years...Try his service an you will see for your self why he gets 5 stars
So far only been able have two experiences with William but by far the best experience I’ve had while dealing with sound equipment he is very respectful very punctual awesome Since of humor and even when we’re having problems (With equipment) And I was about to explode he kept his cool and we figured it out by far 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to all of your friends and I will definitely be returning with my business! Also flawless technic when it comes to turning! 🤟

I've been to car toys who took advantage by saying they installed speakers in my truck when they really didn't. I've been to Outrageous audio who do the bare minimum and then up sale unnecessary equipment to squeeze all the money they can leaving you with so so quality sound so you come back to improve sound by buying more amps/speakers ect... then I came here to William. HE ROCK MY CAR!! Adjusted my stereo so I have full sound/ tinted my windows/ installed car alarm and I couldn't be happier!!!! Didn't up sale me on things ... read more
