I started my professional career in Jan. 1976, and have had more repairs than's decent. For the past three decades I've used Northwest, with stellar results. Beats the dickens out of taking gear to a camera store and having it sent out from there for repair. It's advantageous to talk face-to-face with the guy who works on your equipment. By the way, he has used/repaired gear for sale.
Super happy with Northwest Camera Repair! My camera needed a major sensor cleaning and I found this place close to where I live. Prices seemed very reasonable to me. They called me while they were working on it and said that I needed an update and asked if I wanted to do it, they gave me a price over the phone. I picked it up shortly after and everything looks brand new! Will definitely be back.
Have trusted them for years! All the ways back to the old days of film and my Hasselblad being my primary camera.

Dependable, honest repair – I needed my sensor cleaned on my digital SLR...When I called and talked to Scott, he gave me directions and quoted a price for cleaning my sensor, mirrors, and camera body. When I dropped off my camera he was very personable and gave me the same price he quoted on the phone.
