If I could leave no stars I would. My family has been going here forever, but I feel it’s safe to say that it has gone down hill. The staff is rude and they seems so unorganized. Every time I go I wait over a hour even if it is just for a prescription refill, the staff will take calls from home and say they will call you back to confirm your appointment and then never call back but they will call you the day of the missed appointment to collect 50$ for not showing up. I believe that confidence is indispensable for developing a strong and successful relationship with your physician. Dr. Leon is one the few, if not only, pediatricians that truly attend to the patients' needs over all else.
