The care is great. The customer facing staff is horrible. Been trying to get my knee fixed. I call and leave messages, no response. I call back, same, no response. I sent messages via the chart, no response. The Dr. was very professional. Just can't get follow on service.
I've been very pleased with my experience here. Dr Ward and his staff have been great. I've had my meniscus repaired and a total knee replacement done through here. Ample parking. Nice big waiting area. Friendly staff, responsive. Dr Ward is a great listener and does a terrific job explaining things thoroughly when asked.

Northwest allied is ILLEGALLY refusing to give patients their own records. HIPAA demands that any doctor or facility be able to produce a patients own records at any time at the patients request. They cannot legally withhold them! This is after they REFUSE to send the records after one of their doctors left the practice and patients are trying to follow. Was tired of waiting over 2 months for my records to get sent to the new practice. I walked in and was told they could not provide my records to me. Not that they wanted any... read more
My mom had a visit today to treat her foot and I must say Dr was really nice and explained all carefully. However, the nurse I believe Hispanic (didn't catch her name and it seemed she had it sorta covered) has a pretty negative attitude and doesn't understand how to truly treat patients in pain. She was kind of rude and didn't even try to accommodate my mom carefully at the time of putting on her boot. She was rough and had no patience that my mom called her out on it.
