The worst facility EVER!!! I’ve been calling for weeks three to be exact and still haven’t gotten an appointment yet!!! I’ve talked to the supervisor she wasn’t any help. She told me the same thing as everyone else and I still haven’t heard from them. I’m convinced they don’t care at all one lady laughed at me when I asked her “do I have to be about to commit suicide to get in?” And she just laughed at me like I said something funny. Horrible I don’t recommend them at all. Mykeia king!
3 of my kids go to their pediatric department. I would give this place 5 stars if it was only based on how warm, welcoming, and wonderful everyone is. All 3 kids see Jen and she is amazing. Miss Erica and Miss Jackie are wonderful case managers. Dr Lepely and his team are very nice. He has ensured my kids have everything they need, even when we have had to make adjustments he knew just what to do. Now for the negatives… The wait time to see the doctor is pretty extreme.
