Do not waste your time. Literally. Every single appointment, I am forced to wait almost an hour before seeing the Dr I’m scheduled to see. They double book appointments (same appointment time as another patient, to see the same Dr), and they will book appointments with the Dr when he’s not even there. I had an appointment time of 11:30. I watched the Dr walk in at 12:15, to start his day. This Dr will try to throw 85479494 diagnosis at you, until you start questioning him about it. My kids have been going here since 2021. I filed a BBB report against them because I feel they’re not doing their due diligence to solve consistent issues impacting clients. Today, we waited for our 12:45 appointment only for me to be called in alone at 2:00 pm and told the doctor no longer feels comfortable treating my child.
I love the whole team and my kids enjoy all them the good with working with my family times and days we have work and school they are sweet
