Disgusting customer service!!! Northwest Bedding has the worst customer service I have ever seen! I cannot believe how poorly we were treated after we purchased a very overpriced bed! the sales guy smelled of cigarette smoke and kept coughing. Our so called warranty was pretty much thrown at us, when I asked what this envelope was, I was pretty much yelled at and when I asked him to explain it to me (the warrany) He told me to just read it!!!!! Poor latex mattresses Shop somewhere else! The $1900 latex mattress we bought last year began sagging like a hammock within three months. They refused to exchange it for another type of mattress. They only offered to "rebuild" it. The problem recurred within three months. Very poor design and quality. Shop somewhere else!
